Swordfish With Mustard-Basil Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter, softened
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
    swordfish
Preparation
    Mix butter, mustard and basil.
    Brush fish with oil.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Grill fish 5 minutes on each side.
    Top with a spoonful of butter.
    Garnish with basil sprigs.
