Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg, separated
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Fold into egg whites.
    Cook on a lightly greased griddle.
