Fruit Marshmallow Salad - cooking recipe

1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 (16 oz.) can pear halves
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin orange sections
1 c. seedless green grapes, halved
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. heavy whipping cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. nutmeg (optional)

This beautiful salad by itself can be the main part of a lunch of supper menu if you choose to serve it with cottage cheese. Otherwise, it makes a great accompaniment to barbecue chicken, roasted Cornish game hens or a game dinner.
