Easy Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine
    1 egg
    1 c. sour milk (milk + 2 Tbsp. vinegar)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Blend flour, sugar and oleo in bowl with a pastry blender. Reserve 1 cup of mixture.
    Beat egg and add to mix.
    Dissolve baking soda in sour milk (large bowl).
    Add flour mix and vanilla to liquid.
    Stir.
    Batter will be lumpy.
    Pour into 2 (8 or 9-inch) cake pans.
    Sprinkle reserved mix on each plus cinnamon and nuts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    (Can freeze after baking.)
