Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 jars (6 1/2 oz.) junior baby carrots
2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Beat eggs, add sugar, oil and jars of carrots.
Beat all together.
Sift flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon into mixture.
Turn into round tube pan that is greased and floured. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 60 to 90 minutes.
