Seven Layer Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (16 oz.) refried beans with green chillies (Rosarita brand)
    3 ripe avocados, mashed
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
    1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1 to 2 cans (4 1/4 oz.) chopped ripe olives with jalapeno added (Early California brand)
    3 small fresh tomatoes, chopped
    3 to 4 green onions, chopped
    1 bag tortilla chips (large round)
Preparation
    Spread the refried beans over the bottom of a 10-inch diameter plate. Spread the mashed avocados over the beans. In a small mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning and mix well to blend. Spread a layer of this mix over the avocados. Follow this by a layer of the cheeses, combined. Layer the olives, tomatoes and green onion. Serve with the tortilla chips.
