Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 pork chops
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    3 medium potatoes
    1 c. chopped carrots (about 1-inch)
    flour
    salt
    pepper
    2 tsp. rosemary leaves
    4 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix salt, pepper and flour together.
    Coat pork chops.
    Brown lightly pork chops in oil.
    Drain off oil.
    Mix soup and rosemary leaves.
    Cut potatoes in half.
    Put pork chops, carrots and potatoes in pan.
    Pour soup over them.
    Let cook slow for approximately 1 hour or until vegetables are tender.
