Biscotti With Anise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/4 c. sifted flour
    2 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 eggs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. anise flavoring
    1 c. walnuts or almonds
Preparation
    Add dry ingredients together.
    Add to this eggs, sugar, butter and anise.
    Mix well.
    Add nuts.
    Spread on cookie sheet.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Cool, then cut into diagonal slices.
    Rebake for 15 minutes or until toasted.
