Mozzarella Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    The skins of baking potatoes work best.
    Wash potatoes well; bake; slice in half lengthwise and scoop them out, saving inside for mashed potatoes and leaving the skin intact.
    Preheat oven to 475\u00b0 and grease a baking sheet.
    Slice the skins into strips lengthwise; brush with melted butter, arranging the skins on the sheet.
    Bake until crisp.
    Sprinkle with salt and serve as is.
    Do not wrap potatoes in foil to bake.
