Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook and stir meat and onion in margarine until meat is brown and onion tender. Drain off fat. Add 2 tablespoons of drippings from meat to skillet.
    Stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper, mushrooms and soup.
    Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat thoroughly. Do not allow to boil. Serve over cooked noodles.
