Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. rice
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2/3 can milk (soup can), mix well
Preparation
    Mix rice and onion soup mix.
    Add water.
    Place chicken skin up on rice.
    Pour soups and milk over chicken.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
