Crunchy Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salty ice water
    1 medium size cabbage
    dressing
Preparation
    Cut cabbage head in half and soak in salty ice water.
    When crisp, it will crunch between your teeth.
    Remove cabbage and shake off excess water. Cut in half again.
    Slice thinly or grate. Add your favorite dressing.
