Meat Loaf Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. rolled oats
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    2 tsp. finely chopped pepper
    1 Tbsp. green olives
    dash of thyme and marjoram, crushed
    several slices thin sliced, boiled ham
    several slices or shredded Mozzarella
Preparation
    Combine the first 7 ingredients and flatten on sheet of waxed paper about 1 inch thick.
    Arrange ham and cheese slices on top of flattened meat mixture.
    (May also add olives and salsa.)
    Roll in jelly roll fashion and crimp edges; place in greased pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 1/4 hours.
    Serve with fresh green salad and baked potato.
