Strawberry Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 eggs, well beaten
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 pkg. Dream Whip topping mix (dry)
1/2 box strawberry Jell-O (dry)
3 tsp. vanilla
2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen strawberries
approximately 1 1/2 qt. milk

Preparation

Beat eggs until fluffy.
Add sugar and beat this mixture until fluffy and creamy.
Add evaporated milk and Dream Whip; beat well. Add strawberry Jell-O (this will turn the mix a pink color).
Add vanilla and the strawberries with the juice; beat well.
Add enough milk to finish filling a quart ice cream freezer; freeze.
