Baked Trout Or Bass Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. trout or bass fillets
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    garlic salt
    black pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in shallow pan.
    Mix in lemon juice.
    Dip fish in butter mixture and lay in single layer in pan.
    Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.
    Bake about 10 minutes in a hot oven basting several times.
    Finish by putting pan under broiler until fish browns slightly but is not too dry, about 5 minutes.
