Kenny'S Kool Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 pieces of chicken
1 packet Shake 'n Bake coating mix for chicken
1 c. water
1 c. Bull's Eye barbecue sauce
Preparation

Dip chicken pieces into water and coat with Shake 'n Bake mix. Place in an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until no longer pink inside.
Coat chicken pieces with barbecue sauce.
Place pieces on a microwave-safe plate and cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave for 2 minutes or until hot.
Serve with a towel or paper napkin \"to wipe off the sauce if your face gets dirty\" says Kenny.
