Marinated Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. French dressing
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine potatoes, onion, salt, pepper and French dressing.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Just before serving, mix in eggs, celery and mayonnaise.
