Ingredients

1 c. dried apricots
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. prunes
1/2 c. unsweetened pitted dates
1/2 c. unsweetened coconut
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
1/2 tsp. fresh orange peel, grated
juice from 1 orange
1/2 c. additional nuts, finely chopped
Preparation

In a blender or food processor, grind the apricots, raisins, prunes and dates.
Add coconut, nuts, orange peel and orange juice; mix well.
Form into balls; roll in finely chopped nuts. Makes 4 dozen balls.
