Rhubarb Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 small pkg. strawberry jello
1 c. cream or half and half
3 to 4 c. diced rhubarb
3/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Prepare the cake mix according to package directions.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Top with rhubarb.
Sprinkle with dry jello and then sugar.
Pour cream or half and half over. Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until done.
