Stuffed Haddock - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh haddock
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 lemon
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    4 oz. cream cheese
    1 stick butter
    fresh parsley (for garnish)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Rinse haddock fillet; pat dry.
    Make a slice down fillet for stuffing.
    Microwave spinach to defrost. Squeeze out excess water.
    Brown garlic and butter in saucepan. Add spinach and cream cheese; mix well.
    Place haddock fillet in 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Squeeze lemon over fillet.
    Spoon spinach mixture over fillet.
    Bake in a preheated oven 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
    Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon.
