Weight Watchers Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (8 oz.) carton low-fat or no-fat plain yogurt
    1 small pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
    1/4 carton lite Cool Whip
Preparation
    Do not drain pineapple.
    Mix pineapple, yogurt and dry pudding mix.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Also you can substitute pineapple pudding or pistachio pudding mix.
