Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
salt to taste
1 stick butter
4 to 5 slices bread, crust removed
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 (1 lb. or 20 oz.) crushed pineapple
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar and salt.
Add pineapple, butter, crumbled bread and lemon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned.
