French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 stick butter (no substitute)
    1 Tbsp. flour
    6 onions, thinly sliced
    3 cans beef broth
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. red wine
    toasted French bread
    shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Melt olive oil and butter in kettle.
    Mix in flour until smooth.
    Saute onions until soft (about 30 to 40 minutes).
    Add broth, salt and pepper; simmer 30 minutes.
    Add red wine and simmer 5 more minutes.
    Spray soup bowls with Pam and fill with hot soup.
    Place toasted bread on top and cover with cheese. Place under broiler until cheese is melted.
