Mincemeat Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. milk
    28 oz. jar mincemeat
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix
    dry ingredients together and add 1/2 cup vegetable oil. Stir
    until crumbly.
    Keep out 1 cup and press remainder in 9
    x 13\tx
    2-inch
    pan.
    Spread
    mincemeat
    over this and sprinkle top with
    reserved
    mixture
    and 1 cup chopped nuts. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
