Mom'S Chocolate Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, separated
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    4 c. milk
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and cocoa well in heavy saucepan.
    Add milk, butter and egg yolks.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat.
    Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla and stir well.
    Cook until thickened and pour into baked pie shells.
