Fried Fatback And Milk Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fatback, sliced thin
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Fry fatback in black iron skillet until golden brown and all fat is cooked out of meat.
    Pour off excess grease.
    Brown about 3 tablespoons of flour in grease.
    Add about 2 cups of milk and water.
    Thicken gravy to thickness desired.
    Serve with hot, homemade biscuits.
    This meal is good with fried corn and sliced tomatoes.
