Pineapple Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    juice from 1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Mix eggs, flour, sugar, vinegar and juice.
    Cook in double boiler until thick.
    Cool, add mayonnaise and drained crushed pineapple.
    Spread on white bread for sandwiches.
