Plum Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 jars strained baby plums (4 3/4 oz. size)
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
-
Sift together the first 5 ingredients.
Make a nest in mixture and add next 3 ingredients.
Mix all these together.
Add pecans. Bake in a greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
