Freezing Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

18 c. corn, cut off cob
1 pt. half and half
1 lb. butter
Preparation
-
Mix together and put in large roaster.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Stir every 15 minutes.
Cool.
Put in freezer bags. Makes 9 pints.
