Ravioli Alla Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (11 oz. each) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
    1 c. (or more to taste) Parmesan cheese
    1 (30 oz.) pkg. individually frozen cheese or meat filling ravioli, still frozen
    1 1/2 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    In a wide frying pan, saute spinach in butter; add ravioli in a single layer, separating them as they thaw out; turn over once. Pour cream over and bring to boil over high heat.
    Simmer for about 10 minutes or until ravioli is heated through and cooked (check one).
    Fold in the Parmesan and serve immediately.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
