Oyster Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. milk
3 Tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) can whole oysters
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Heat milk and butter slowly on low heat.
Add salt and pepper. When milk is scalded, add oysters with juice and continue to simmer 10 minutes.
Serve with crackers.
Serves 2.
