Fresh Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. wine vinegar with garlic
    2 Tbsp. dry white wine
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    dash of Tabasco
    2 or 3 c. fresh spinach
    5 slices bacon
    2 hard-cooked eggs
Preparation
    Combine first 9 ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously. Set aside until ready to use.
    Wash and pat dry spinach; tear into bite sized pieces and place in refrigerator to keep crisp.
    Fry bacon, drain, let cool and then crumble.
    Chop hard-cooked eggs. Combine bacon and eggs.
    Arrange the spinach in a large salad bowl.
    Pour dressing over spinach leaves and tip with crumbled bacon and chopped eggs.
    Serves 4 to 6 people.
