Microwave Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
Preparation
    In
    4
    quart
    casserole,
    cook
    noodles in 2 1/2 quarts boiling water; drain.
    Cook beef in microwave about 4 minutes, stirring
    once
    or twice.
    Drain excess fat. Add tomato sauce, salt
    and
    pepper;
    cook
    5
    minutes
    by
    microwave.
    Combine cheeses
    with onion and green pepper.
    In casserole layer half the noodles,
    all
    cheese mixture and remaining noodles, then all meat sauce.
    Cover with plastic wrap and cook by microwave 15 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
