Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 boiled and deboned chicken
1 to 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 bag Fritos, crushed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can diced and peeled Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
1 medium chopped onion
Preparation

Line cake pan with 1/2 bag crushed Fritos.
Cover Fritos with chicken.
Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix soups, tomatoes and broth.
Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle chopped onions across top. Layer remaining Fritos on top of onions.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
