Ingredients

1 lb. can beets
1/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. beet juice
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. flour
Preparation

Combine sugar and flour in saucepan. Add vinegar and beet juice.
Stir until thick, stirring constantly. Add beets, butter and salt to taste.
