Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
    peaches
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. half and half
    nutmeg
    butter
Preparation
    Line pie crust with peaches, half side up.
    Mix the sugar and flour; sprinkle over peaches.
    Add the half and half; sprinkle with nutmeg and dot with butter.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Turn back oven to 375\u00b0 until done, about 30 minutes.
