Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. thyme or sweet basil
Preparation
    In a bag combine flour, salt and pepper; shake to mix.
    Add chicken and shake to coat.
    Remove chicken and save seasoned flour.
    In large skillet heat 1 tablespoon oil on medium heat. Add chicken and brown on one side.
    Add remaining oil and brown on other side.
    Remove chicken.
    Add margarine and onion; stir in reserved seasoned flour and cook 1 minute.
    Add broth, lemon juice and thyme; bring to boil, stirring constantly.
    Return chicken; reduce heat and cover skillet.
    Simmer until chicken is cooked (around 5 minutes).
