Salmon Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. evaporated milk
    1/3 c. grated cheese
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon, flaked
    1 can peas
    about 4 to 6 biscuits
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter until tender.
    Add flour.
    Add evaporated milk, stirring until thick.
    Add cheese, salmon and seasonings. Add peas.
    Place mixture into casserole.
    Top with biscuits (uncooked).
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until biscuits are brown.
    Serve hot.
