Open Face Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 beaten egg white
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
    Cut in butter until it resembles coarse crumbs.
    Pat evenly on bottom and sides of 10-inch pie plate.
    Brush bottom with beaten egg white.
    Chill while preparing filling.
