Chicken Cashew Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced cooked chicken, deboned
    1/2 c. broken cashews
    1 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. diced onion
    dash of pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Combine everything, except 1/2 can of the noodles, in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Mix lightly and sprinkle with remaining noodles.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Do not salt. Cook chicken night before so it will be cooled for deboning the next day.
