Tuna Curry Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (6 1/2 oz.) water packed albacore tuna
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 banana, sliced
    4 slices pumpernickel or rye bread
    4 cucumber slices
Preparation
    In medium bowl combine tuna, onions, mayonnaise, mustard and curry powder.
    Fold in the banana.
    Spread the mixture on 2 slices of the bread.
    Top with the cucumber and the remaining bread.
