Mile High Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    baked 10-inch graham cracker pie crust
    1 c. sugar
    2 egg whites, unbeaten
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except whipping cream and vanilla in a large mixing bowl and beat on high for 15 minutes or more.
    Whip cream and vanilla together and then fold into strawberry mixture. Pile this into the baked pie shell.
    Freeze uncovered.
    This is best if done several days in advance.
    Do not let stand out of freezer any time before serving.
