Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fresh peaches, chopped
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 c. margarine
    4 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Place peaches in bottom of 9-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle cinnamon and 1/2 cup of the sugar over peaches.
    Melt margarine slightly, then mix it into the cream cheese, vanilla and remaining 1/2 cup of sugar.
    Beat in the egg and then the Bisquick.
    Scoop mixture on top of the peaches and spread evenly. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes or until golden.
    Serve with ice cream, if desired.
    Makes 9 servings.
