Scandinavian Peach Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pureed peaches
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
lemon juice
3 c. dry white wine
1 small bay leaf
1 whole clove
1 small cinnamon stick
1/2 c. sour cream or heavy whip cream
Preparation

Combine the first 3 ingredients; let stand 20 minutes.
In pan, boil the next 4 ingredients, then reduce to simmer 1 minute. Stir in peaches and chill.
Serve with a dollop of your choice of cream.
