Crunchy Cornflake Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 scrambled egg plus 2 Tbsp. water
    oregano
    basil
    garlic powder
    salt
    pepper
    paprika
    2 c. slightly crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Rinse and drain chicken pieces.
    Dip one piece at a time into egg mixture, then coat with crushed cornflakes.
    Place on broiler pan (already sprayed with cooking spray).
    Coat all pieces, then season to taste.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes (until no pink juice runs out).
