Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped chicken breast
    1 carton sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 stick oleo
    1 1/2 pkg. crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Cream oleo.
    Pour over crackers.
    Put in bottom of casserole bowl; saving enough for top.
    Mix sour cream, chicken soup and milk together.
    Put chicken on the cracker crumbs.
    Pour soup mixture over chicken.
    Top with rest of cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until it bubbles, about 45 minutes.
