Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. chopped potatoes
    3 c. water
    1 1/2 c. chopped carrots
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    3 tsp. parsley
    2-3 chicken bouillon cubes
    salt & pepper to taste
    3 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook water, potatoes, onion, celery, parsley, bouillon cubes, salt & pepper for 20 minutes.
    Mix flour and milk and cook in separate pan until thick.
    Add cheese and stir until melted.
    Add to potato mixture.
