Baked Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, pared and cut in 1/4-inch slices
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. dry basil
    1/4 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Arrange carrots in 1-quart buttered casserole.
    Pour remaining ingredients over carrots.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
