Chicken Headcheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 chicken legs
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    salt and pepper
    2 onions, chopped
    2 envelopes Knox gelatine
    water
Preparation
    Debone chicken legs; cut meat in small pieces.
    Boil the chicken with water, spices and onion until thick.
    Soften gelatine in a small amount of water; add to mixture.
    Let thicken and refrigerate.
