Strawberry Tapioca - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    6 Tbsp. large tapioca or 1/3 c. Minute tapioca
    pinch of salt
    1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jell-O
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 qt. strawberries (frozen or fresh)
Preparation
    Heat water.
    Add sugar and salt. Bring to a boil and add tapioca and simmer about 5 to 10 minutes until tapioca is clear. Immediately add Jell-O.
    Frozen strawberries can be put in while hot to melt.
    Cool before adding fresh strawberries.
